It's finally here!! The long-awaited release of our third album, "Ghosts"!! Where is it, you may ask? Why isn't it on our site and in our store and on itunes and amazon and cdbaby??
Well, no worries, friends. The cd has been delayed slightly due to conditions out of our control and as soon as they arrive on our doorstep, we won't be hiding her any longer.
Please keep checking back here for more information on the cd's status. We are anticipating it in our eager paws in a couple of weeks, and we can't wait to share it with you.

New Site, New Show!
Let the countdown begin!
With only about a month until 'Ghosts' is out, what better way to show you what we've got in store than revamp the site?! Many, many thanks to Matt for all of his hard work in creating this beautiful site, we all absolutely love it. And the pictures, ahh! Paul Williams is a phenomenal photographer, and we were truly lucky to have him capture us on film and take the time to set up a 3 day photo shoot this summer.
So many wonderful things happening, and as time goes on we'll be adding more and more to the site, but first-- we have a new NYC show! Please spread this word, this show is officially GINORMOUS for us. Here are the details we've got so far: Saturday, February 27th at GRAMERCY THEATRE... Oh, and did we tell you it's being put on by the Village Voice?! Yep, all you New Yorkers are going to have to save me this Wednesdays copy when there should be a half page ad for it (a lady's gotta scrapbook). We will put more details on the site as they arrive, but until then, make sure you've got that night off! It will definitely be a great time, and YOU CAN PRE-ORDER 'GHOSTS' WHILE YOU'RE THERE!! :)

New 'TSE Tapes' is up!
Hey guys!
Firstly we want to thank everyone who came out to our shows this past week. Syracuse, you were wonderful and very rainy (and for those of you who came out over the playoff game... we truly salute you!). New York, you were fantastic and far exceeded our expectations for what a fun and lively show it was. It was awesome seeing so many familiar faces and so many new ones too. That being said, here is our latest installment of 'The Scarlet Ending Tapes'- hope you enjoy! This weeks focused on the Syracuse show, while the next two are on what we did while in NYC. Hey guys!
The second week's installment of 'The Scarlet Ending Tapes' is up now on Syracuse.com!! Check it out and spread the word to your friends who are familiar with our band as well as those who aren't, after all the show only continues as we get views. You all did great on the first one, we cannot thank you enough for the support!! Here she is:
Oh! and did we mention?! We have a show coming up SUNDAY, JANUARY 24 at Funk n Waffles-- doors are at 5:30pm, cost is $7, and it's with 4:thirtyseven, Milking Diamonds, and 11. The flyer will be posted up here tomorrow, so mark your calendars!

Studio Update and More!
Hey guys!
Just thought I'd make an update about the studio since the past week has been a very exciting one with the Post-Standard and Syracuse.com's unveiling of 'The Scarlet Ending Tapes' and Kaleena's submission into the Bushman World Ukulele competition!!
Kaleena and Aaron are just about finished with their respective instruments on the album, and Jon, Jess, and myself have since been hard at work. After a couple of days the violins are done, and Jon, Jess and I only need a few more days to finish all that up. It's nothing but vocals after this week, then we're DONE TRACKING!!
Keep checking back for some new shows and changes to the website. We hope to share some of the new pictures from Paul Williams and show off a new website within the coming weeks!
Oh, and make sure you stay tuned to another episode of 'The Scarlet Ending Tapes' this Wednesday on Syracuse.com, and if you haven't voted for Kaleena yet, it ends on Monday so DO IT!!

Hey guys!
Some really awesome news for you all! We have been working closely with friend and videographer Steve from The Post-Standard and Syracuse.com and are proud to present to you 'The Scarlet Ending Tapes'-- a web reality show dedicated to TSE and being and original band in Syracuse. It will follow us as we record, get ready for the album release, and do stupid things (as we tend to do.) The pilot should be up sometime at midnight tonight, and you can expect a new one every Wednesday!!

Some not so awesome news to start the new years...
Hey guys,
I just wanted to make a serious post really quick to let you all know of a little issue we had to resolve over the new year. Apparently our site was hacked and leaked some malicious codes all over the place on the 29th, but fear not! The second we received word of this from some great people who contacted us after visiting the site, matt got to work and saved the day. Our site is now free and clear from mean people and bad things, and we have him to thank for it.
I'm terrible sorry to anyone who may have come into contact with anything while visiting our site, and again, thanks to you guys for contacting us to let us know.
Now that that has been dealt with, onto 2010! We have so much up our sleeves and cannot WAIT to get it all out there!

I just wanted to make a quick post to let you know that I have entered into the crazy youtube world as a ukulele player with a dream. This dream is to win the Bushman World Ukulele Contest (trumpets sound in the background... just imagine it...). Anywho, my entry is naturally Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance." Now here is how it works... At 12:01 AM on January 1st, voting commences! It will continue until January 4th at 11:59 PM. There are a few things required to vote, so here they are:
(Rules are: We will begin accepting votes at 12:01am on Friday, January 1, 2010, and we’ll continue accepting votes until midnight Monday, January 4, 2010. Voters will come from the following groups: A.) Bushman Music Forum Members – see our forums, B.) Anyone who submits an entry into the contest may vote, C.) All customers of Bushman Music Works, and finally, D.)
